The Boggs Center at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School is hiring a Program Assistant for NJ Positive Behavior Support in Schools (NJ PBSIS). NJ PBSIS provides community facing professional development to build capacity of school personnel in PrK-12th grade settings to implement social, emotional, and behavioral health interventions. The Program Assistant works closely with the Project Director and contributes to achieving the project mission by providing technical, logistical, and programmatic support. This position is well matched to candidates who have excellent time and organization management skills, compelling communication and interpersonal skills, and fluent computer and web literacy.

Instructional Designer
The Boggs Center at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School is hiring for an Instructional Designer position. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing curriculum to train Direct Support Professionals and Support Coordinators who work in organizations that support New Jersey’s Division of Developmental Disabilities. Successful candidates will update existing curriculum and/or develop new engaging, learner-centered training courses, modules and materials in a variety of platforms including traditional classroom-based instruction, remote learning, interactive e-learning, videos, webinars and resource materials.
