Maribel Candari is an Instructional Designer for The Boggs Center on Disability and Human Development and is currently developing the Money Follows the Person Capacity Building project curriculum. These modules will be utilized for New Jersey’s Direct Support Professionals and Support Coordinators.
Before joining The Boggs Center, Maribel served as a Quality Systems Senior Training Specialist at Bristol Myers Squibb, where she collaborated with manufacturing and QA experts to deliver compliance-focused training for CAR-T cell therapy operations. At Atlantic Health System, Maribel played a pivotal role in strengthening the organization’s learning and development strategy by designing and implementing a comprehensive compliance training program aligned with Joint Commission standards. In addition to compliance programs, Maribel led the creation of HR and professional development courses and customer service training tailored to healthcare environments. She also developed patient education materials for the Oncology Department which enhanced patient preparedness before the procedure.
Maribel holds a Master of Distance Education and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, equipping her with expertise in quality improvement and training development. Passionate about fostering continuous improvement, Maribel leverages her instructional design skills to create impactful learning experiences that drive organizational success.
