Kenny Lewis is the Assistant Director for Finance and Administration at The Boggs Center on Disability and Human Development. Mr. Lewis is responsible for assuring the financial stability of The Boggs Center’s multiple extramurally funded training, technical assistance, and research projects.

Functioning as the Center’s financial and administrative officer, this position is responsible for developing annual budgets, projections, and renewals, for over $9.2 million in grants. In addition to maintaining existing grants, he works with faculty investigators on developing new proposals. In his role, Mr. Lewis is often called upon by the Department of Pediatrics and various units at Rutgers for his sound judgement and expertise in processing required documentation and fiscal matters.

In addition to addressing fiscal matters, Mr. Lewis is also tasked with assuring the functional business operations of The Boggs Center as related to purchasing, technology, and space. He recently implemented a complete revamping of The Boggs Center’s training technology and space.

Kenny Lewis earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from West Virginia University. Prior to joining The Boggs Center, he worked at companies such as ComputerShare, Mack-Cali, and Tekton Development where his responsibilities included coding, journal entry, WIP reporting, cost to complete, budget analysis, and numerous bank account reconciliations.
