Ashlé Laidlaw, MHA, is a Training and Consultation Specialist at The Boggs Center on Disability and Human Development. Ashlé provides training and technical assistance to the direct support professional workforce and other human services professionals on supporting health and wellness, person-centered approaches, community inclusion, and professional development practices.

Before employment at The Boggs Center, Ashlé worked as a direct support professional at Easterseals NJ for adult individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ashlé also worked as a student intern in Ambulatory Care Services at Rutgers Health/RWJMS. In this position, she collaborated with administrators at The Boggs Center and Family Medicine at Monument Square to develop an enhanced patient-centered medical home model designed for adult patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Ashlé earned her Master’s degree in Health Administration from Rutgers University and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Linguistics from William Paterson University. She is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
